Group Captain John Ojikutu, a retired officer from the Nigerian Air Force, who was, for many years, the Airport Commandant at Murtala Muhammed International Airport and Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, founded the company in 2000.
He is a trained Air Traffic Control Officer from the Royal Air Force, Shrewsbury in the United Kingdom and the Nigeria College of Aviation Technology, Zaria, Nigeria. He also had training in Air Defence in the former USSR and was at some time the Commander of the Nigerian Air Force, Nation Air Defense Corps.
He has extensive experience in airport security and has completed a certificate programme in Aviation Security and Safety at the George Washington University (GWU) Virginia, USA.
Group Captain Ojikutu was a training staff in Air Power at the prestigious Command and Staff College. The experience acquired at the college to bear in organizing various workshops and trainings in aviation security for the Nigerian Civil Aviation Industry. He was also a part of the group contracted by the NCAA to establish the Aviation Security Department during the reforms in the industry.
Mr. Philip Baum is a Technical Training Partner and the proprietor of the Green Light Ltd., UK, a world business partner of the Airport Council International (ACI). Philip has exclusive global experience of security in the aviation industry and has been a regular contractor to governments, airlines around the world as well as to private security firms by providing them with training and consultancy services targeting topic of specific interest to different sections of the aviation industry.
Philip’s experience in aviation security is often called upon and broadcast by the BBC, British Sky Broadcasting and the CNN when professional and unbiased opinion of aviation security is sought.
He was for many years the publisher and the editor of the ‘Aviation Security International’ which he sold out about three years ago. However, he remains the editor of the internationally acclaimed journal and authority in aviation security.
Mr. Dennis Amachree (OON) is a training partner and a retired Director of the State Security Service (SSS). He worked for many years in this capacity as the officer in charge of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos and later moved to the Aviation Security Desk at the SSS National Headquarters.
He has exclusive experience in the management of violence particularly in the Niger Delta. On retirement, he was decorated with a National Honour of the Officer of the Order of Niger (OON). Dennis is a regional Security Consultant to many oil prospecting companies in the Niger Delta states.
Mr. Ugah Othaniel Aginde is one of the training members. He holds a master’s degree in Transport Management and other professional qualifications and training in the following areas:

He has also worked with the Federal Ministry of Aviation, the then Federal Civil Aviation Authority (FCAA), and Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).
Mr. Ugah is a council member of the Nigerian Institute of Industrial Security.
Mr. Ezekiel Aigbomian (General Manager) is a graduate of the University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). He also possesses MSc. Degree in Agriculture. He has administrative and academic experience spanning about 30 years. His flair for research and planning has been of immense advantage to the company. He has been with the company since 2000.
